I have removed the log4cplus Subversion repository. All of the
development, for at least a year now, is happening on Bazaar repository.
The Subversion repository is archived in log4cplus-svnrepo.tar.xz, and
it is available for download at
<http://sourceforge.net/projects/log4cplus/files/log4cplus-svnrepo.tar.xz/download>.
