Yes, this is a port of Log4J.  It is basically functional and a few 
folks are using it.  It is missing many Appenders.  Frankly, its 
suffering from, Bob hasn't had any time to work on it for a while 
disease :-)

Please check it out, you can do an anonymous check out.  If you'd like 
to contribute, please send me a patch and I'll put it in, or if you 
want you can join the project.
