An AWESOME tool! (+): outstanding 32-bit images support, a MUST HAVE for texture artists, great out-of-the-box tool set (color, transformation, filters), good UI and keyboard shortcuts, doesn't crash, convenient for people who use Photoshop, does NOT use .NET or other bloated libraries, best free paint program ever! (-): a bit laggy on some old or poorly configured video cards.
