#6 More measures in the objective function
Take some more measures into the objective function. That should be configurable as usual. Maybe some of the following:
- Sorting steps (strict FCFS violations per lock chamber and direction),
- 3 measures for FCFS violations with concession time,
- Time intervals between lockages depending on number of ships per direction,
- Number of lockages,
- Maximal extra time,
- Optionally multiply the extra times of the ships by their length/surface area/volume.
