#67 Dirty load of update summary

When I look on my updates, some of the data fields aren't accurate. In particular, when I click on an update that has no information in the Bulletin, Article, and More Info URL specified, the screen shows the last of those data elements that was available for a previously viewed update. When I edit the update, the data is not there. When I close LUP and immediately view the update, it shows as blank.
