#59 Update tree buged

If a update ist created, and I use "Revice" and change the Vendor name, then the Update tree on the left side is bugged. The new vendor entry is created correctly, but the old isnt removeable. I mus create a update with the old vendor name and delete this, then the old vendor entry removed correctly.
