Update the refresh function for the financed amount

Updated the payment schedule, now stops when balance is lower then zero

Still to do:

Fix the payment schedule date values with the frequency.

HI,

Just updated the file and corrected/added the following:

Finally corrected the date field in the payment schedule

Added message box for loan calculation

Added message box for payment schedule calculation

Added the graph button function, interest versus principal

Fixed the payment schedule amount of payments
