#8 -- in comments breaks init simulation...

The "--record" remark in the simulation.xml breaks
the "init simulation" command.

Solution: remove the "--" before "record" in comment.

This is am XML parser issue. Need to just remove the '--'
from the file.

Will do that in the next release.
