Small mistake in FolderInfo.html hint file

Hello all,
I have tweaked some hints and discovered mistake in FolderInfo.html file:

first

<a href="folder;%FOLDERId;property">Change these properties</a>.</td>

should be

<a href="folder;%FOLDERId;property;general">Change these properties</a>.</td>
