Unfortunately, the strings in Russian which were mentioned by Miles still
exists, for example "cbMetaPhotoToIcon", "SpTBXGroupBox1", "SpTBXGroupBox2",
"SpTBXLabel4", etc.

Thank you, some strings were added, but there are many of them unavailable
for translation. I mean the columns headers and all strings in "Outgoing
(SMTP) Mail Server Properties" dialog window.
