Yes, this should be given in English in base LNC file, because the same
corruption is seen in other encoding.

By the way: what is the meaning of "Relevant"? It is the name of strange
virtual folder that appeared in The Bat!, but what is a purpose of this.
Without any context I cannot translate correctly this name.

Maxim, please also release to translation the strings in "SMTP servers
On-the-Go" window. They are in English only.
