These two string cannot be translated:
1. New a message|Edit(MainMenu)|Select All entry is untranslatable.
2. Addressbook|Export to|Comma Separate/Tab-delimited, the "Export" column of the "select fields to be exported" dialog is untranslatable.

And I don't understand what the following string means.
1. Button cbSaveState '', 'Store state bet&ween sessions', does it say that VF save current status when TB closed?
2.dlUsedBy  'Used by'#13#10'%s', where would this string appear?
