German language - long language

Hello,

Please make following changes in the GUI of TheBat!. So that that the
German phrases can fully be seen.

The fields have to be enlarged under all circumstances or redesign the
area.

Further strings are also translated - but "not translated visible".

dlCLNameGradientActiveCaption   'Gradient Active Caption'
dlCLNameGradientInactiveCaption 'Gradient Inactive Caption'

The Strings for 'Hot Light', 'Menu Bar', 'Menu Bar' are missing.

BTW Ritlabs. What are the time settings for the working- and
             non-working times in the scheduler? Please answer!
