"Save tokens from the headers of spam letters as signal strings [for further usage in selective downloading filter]". It means that the element associated with this phrase (button) will save into standalone text file all tokens which were met in the headers of spam letters - i.e. it can be used for "selective download" filter. However, since the tokens need to be transformed into "regexp"s, they called "signal strings" instead of "tokens". However, these very phrases are obsolete (all three of them) - they come from the old 0.3 version of the filter and weren't cleaned out from resources. You can just skip these lines. -- Sincerely, Alexey.
