First, I always have a backup copy of my LNC file. After updating my local
copy from CVS repository and translating it with LngCompiler I also use
TextPad editor to review new LNC file. Very often I do additional check with
ExamDiff utility, comparing backup and newly translated LNC file. It
visualises all changes which are done between CVS update cycles.

I correct detected errors only with TextPad and create next backup of LNC
file only when a new update on CVS repository appears.
