[SOT] Syntax highlighting for LNC files

Hello all!

Some of us use TextPad editor for tuning of translated LNC files. For this
editor I prepared syntax definition that helps this work. Before use this
definition the file 'lnc.syn' should be copied to 'Samples' subdirectory of
TextPad and new document class should be defined, which will handle '*.LNC'
files.

The file containing syntax definition is attached. I am waiting for your
opinions.
