I  have  made  months ago an announcement of the finalization of a LNC
Comparer to merge LNC files.

It  compares two files, removes the old elements on your LNC file, and
adds  new  elements.  For finish the process the program sorts all the
sections.

If anybody wants it please mail me, it's freeware.
