New CVS repository retrieved but not commited

Hello all!

According to last advices I login into new repository and checkout all
modules. They were retrieved successfully. Unfortunately, I am not
able to commit my new language resource. I am using WinCVS client
which sends data to repository (I think so) but does not refresh the
file revision number. How to resolve this problem?
