Missing translation (Re: Hints in different languages)

BTW, the hints while the account is selected isn't translated.
I  have tranlated accounthint.html & accountinfo.html, but they are in
english.

While  the  files  into  the  "hints"  folder  are  updated,  is there
something planned to notify us to rework this files ?
