Hints in different languages

Hello all!

Long time ago I translated into Polish and slightly modified the
hints, and then placed them in repository. In my own computer I see
the hints in my native language (I have the local copy of ..\hints\pol
directory), but I do not know if they exist in fresh installations of
The Bat!. It seems they are not included in the program installer.
Please inform me who has similar observations.

If the native hints are not present in installer then it should be a
bug.
