  If  you  have  an  old  version of the LngCmp.exe tool (dated before
  2009), please update it from \lng\main\LngCmp.rar

HI Maxim.

On the last SVN update I saw a "newer" version of LngCmp.rar, but the 
exe I have on my system was newer than the file in the .rar

It's this correct ? Or I should update it with the file in the .rar
