Quick reply pane still not translatable

Hello all,
"Send" button, text "Type your Quick Reply here ans use "Ctrl+Enter" to
send it..." and dropdown entries are still not translatable!

BTW when I enter text and hit Send, there is no indication that message
was sent - again You could change "Send" button to "Message sent" and
remove it when user changes message or clicks to QR edit field.

confirmed as working and already uploaded to SVN.

BTW please fix "Reply to..." dropdown, etries "Reply to all" and "Reply to
recipient" does not work correctly.
