[Lng-devel] Atari port

Hi,

The atari port needs to be re-done for sure but I think more things would be
documented to make it better multi-platform.

On the c64 the port works, how does this machine handle it to run with the
OS and interupts stopped? Or how does this work on the ORIC systems.
All these systems use the 6502 so we need to find the hardware differences
and make that part separate from the kernel I think.
