OK, working in the list editor for the last couple of days, and have
some observations that may or may not be easy to fix.
1.) After putting in a series of notes, i want to add program changes
to the list. I hit CTRL+T and open the controller editor.
In the list of available controllers, i have modulation at the top and
program at the bottom, so i tab down to program. At this point, in the
right hand side of the popup, modulation still shows as the "active"
controller waiting to be used. Even pressing "Enter" on the program
controller entry doesn't change this. So i have to use the mouse to
make the program controller entry the active CC. Can this be changed
to include a simple press Enter action for any controller in the list,
that makes the selected controller active and ready to be used/edited?
I know this seems like small fry, but it's important as this action is
the only one i've found so far requiring the mouse with no shortcut
option in a chain of actions to add PC to the list editor. In terms of
workflow speed, this small addition would speed up the process of
adding control data of some sort.
2.) A little while ago, i posted that trying to enter values for the
timeline position at the top right of the controller editor didn't
That's only partially true, as i can change the 3 values in 000.00.000
with the qwerty arrow keys. It would be useful to be able to specify
numerically the actual value required, but the arrow keys are ok to
use for this, so i guess this request is now of a lower priority as we
can change the middle value from the qwerty at least in in some
manner. (And i write this appreciative of the list of things you chaps
already have.) So please wipe this off the list of things to do.
