Hehe, I'll add it to the list ;)

Right, I think it needs some work to be really useful but it got me
going and was really fun to use the end result!

Cool! I'll have to try it myself asap

Don't feel bad, do some music that we can listen to that's about all I
personally ask :)

I can promise it'll be listenable but as soon as I manage a full Muse track I'll be happy to share it with you all.

I tried Muse svn a few weeks back and I was getting xruns when only recording 1 audio track with no plugins. qtractor hummed along fine with no xruns with the same JACK settings. This is the polish but I was referring to.
I have tried Reaper at times and it seems pretty feature complete,
it's just a pain to understand IMHO.. I saw there were rumors about a
native linux version, we'll see what that amounts to.

Best not get our hopes too high for the native Linux version as its not a priority for Cockos. I find REAPER pretty intuitive - I know I worked it out easier than any of the Linux DAWs and managed to find everything I needed without reading the manual or having to ask on their forums.

MusE is a labor of love, it may be slow at times but it won't stop so
you are free to check us out at a later time.

Of course. Its very impressive considering. Same goes for qtractor.

Indeed, if that doesn't work it should really be added. I'll take a look.

Thanks v.much Robert!
