I can use the trackpad to left-right scroll when hoving over the left-right scroll bar, but this ought to work when just hoving over the main section of the window.

    Hi Aaron,

As I understand, you are trying to scroll with mouse-wheel emulation, right?
This is mapped to scrolling up and down
For left, right scrolling try holding shift when scrolling
    Hold alt to zoom instead.

Thanks, that's good to know, but isn't a full fix. KDE has an option for multi-touch trackpads (common these days) so that there is also a lef-right mouse-wheel emulation in addition to up-down. It is simply a setting in the preferences called "horizontal scrolling." It is a different signal sent from the system. Most programs understand it. Muse should respect it and treat it the same as the shift-scrolling.

Ah, didn't know that, sounds like a good idea!
