Fluidsynth and some chorus settings don't work well
together (timeout/zombie). This has to do with fluidsynth
itself - some chorus parameter functions are apparantly
not realtime safe.

A workaround if this happens is to run jackd with the -t <timeout>
parameter to extend the time jackd waits before zombifying a client.
jackd -t 15000 -p alsa -d hw:0
Current MusE handles zombification in a much better way,
restart is allowed without stopping MusE. This fact
together with the -t parameter that finally works correctly
in jackd this problem is not that serious anymore.
