#144 Cloning many parts takes very long

Cloning (or copying) many parts at once takes very
long, making MusE unresponsive. It doesn't even redraw
its windows meanwhile.
Selecting too many parts and trying to clone them via
Alt-click-drag results in MusE being frozen for ever,
it seems (at least nothing happens even after 10 minutes).
Audio or MIDI parts make no difference here, I think.

Unfortunately I didn't make an a/b test but it occured to
me that the fix for multiple undos might make this faster.
And testing it now on a moderately big project, I'd guess
over a hundred parts anyway. The clone/copy time of all
    parts was about ~3 seconds.
This was on 2ghz athlon with little cpu load. With more
cpu load the time would surely increase.

    Some profiling.
Copying 900 parts(mix of midi and wav) takes approximately
40 seconds on my system when load is low. It's not great
but atleast alot better than 10+ minutes.

... time flies like bananas through worm holes...
Three years later I suppose this isn't really an issue anymore...setting to pending,. will auto close if there's no activity for some weeks
