#45 Concurrent downloads fixed

I'm using 1.1.13c on Debian, and the problem is that
when I enter Settings->Connections->Wizard it doesn't
let me modify the number of concurrent downloads
(more precisely, it lets me select 16+, but then I go
back again and it's still on 1-5).
It not only allows up to 5 concurrent downloads, but it
doesn't try to connect to any other files beyond the first
five it finds.
