I have setup a skeleton of the directory structure and some of the classes we will need. The scenarios are also included in the doc folder.

IMPORTANT! Checkout Galaxy_Sleuth not LMU_Galaxy_Sleuth. LMU_Galaxy_Sleuth is garbage and needs to be deleted.
