Many bug fixes,doc updates etc.

Version 0.2.12 fix some bugs, but opened another dozen

An uncool bug with -b 10 and negative values fixed, -p 0 etc. works now. Auto-formatting with output. Cleaned docs.

Another big step to 0.3. Many bugs fixed, code cleanups, docs updated, etc.

After one whole month, the next release of LMP. Not far from 0.3 now.

Now LMP 0.3.0pre is available as a tar archive. I hope complex works now.

New complex supporting branch of LMP created. It's version is
0.3.0pre now. It have not yet build archives!

0.2.6 was buggy and I'll put a fixed version (0.2.7) on sourceforge as soon as I get one of my pings back from download.sourceforge.net.
0.2.7 is already on the ftp server.

Improved portability (compiled on a sun4), ported to win32;
simplified initialization, updated docs

- lmp now parses the arguments (-pa flag)
- new operator

- builds Debian and Redhat binaries now
- fixed some problems in configuration
