Patch which allows changing octaves with A/a when using the PC-keyboard. I found this feature immensely useful with no MIDI keyboard plugged in in Garage Band. Garage Band uses z/x keys for it - but it has a completely different layout from LMMS (covering only one and a half octaves instead of two and almost half, so LMMS is better).

    This patch looks good! It however does not apply anymore so could you please re-base the patch against current version? Thanks.
