#51 Fix bug #545, note detuning not saved

Fix for bug #545, where note detuning isn't saved unless the value at time 0 != 0. Now we ask AutomationPattern::hasAutomation() instead. Should be pretty safe, as nothing else than DetuningHelper uses InlineAutomation.
