We don't have a bug tracker, do we?  I think it would be really great
to setup Mantis or BugZilla for this cause.  Especially for when 0.4.0
start maturing, there will be a ton of bug reports and feature
request.

I agree, 3/4 time (well, any n/m timing for that matter) would be
really nice.  As well as a "swing" parameter.
