Some comments on things that don't seem to work:
1. On the piano-roll pannel: the button that toggles the looping, that
is, to skip to the beginning of the track after reaching the end or to
stop at the end, does not work. It always loops back (at least on my
2. The master branch does not compile on Fedora-14/15 when
in CMakeCache.txt. The compilation aborts with:
[ 83%] Building CXX object
error: ‘loadFile’ was not declared in this scope
make: *** [plugins/sf2_player/CMakeFiles/sf2player.dir/sf2_player.cpp.o]
make: *** [plugins/sf2_player/CMakeFiles/sf2player.dir/all] Error 2
make: *** [all] Error 2
However the origin/stable-0.4 branch compiles without problems.
And regarding features good-to-have, I would agree with Thorsten
(thorsten.muller.ger@...) who suggested:
"in Cubase the moving position marker was visible in the piano-roll.
This is in lmms only the case, if you start it with the play button
inside the piano-roll window, but then it cycles only the part that's
active in piano-roll."
I hope he'll get it working.
