I guess easy to fix, also that timeline, or some knobs... I will post improved version later. Some things are hard-coded, so I made it as a patch that require recompilation. It'll be great to have everything through css. Does anyone have some suggestions for it ? :-) -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/Making-UI-themes-for-LMMS-%28download-available%29-tp23455630p24099581.html Sent from the lmms-devel mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |

keep on playing around with themes. Let me know of specific glitches that need to be fixed in code. And let me know of any components you wish to colorize that are not currently tweakable. Actual version of the theme: http://i39.tinypic.com/2u5dend.jpg dl: lmms-0.4.4-silver-0.3.zip(http://www.mediafire.com/?mttxc0mxzjp) So here is this List of things I can't colorize: * Color of that automatic black Arrow button, which appears on the project notes menu, when you are sizing this window. * QWhatsThis / QWhatsThat text color ( probably styled only by the system. With some KDE themes it is drown as a white text on the yellow background and unreadable ) * TitleBar colors for active windows ( styled, colored by the system ) Glitches: * If I set a project notes background and text color through the css, there are some strange black artefacts through the highlighted text, which make it unreadable, but if it's hard-coded those things aren't there. It's also in other dialogs (rename etc). * There is a one pixel wide line around each SE, BB track or left side-bar icons, which change it's color randomly when you are sizing the main window, or moving objects upon it. Probably caused by loading some improper size for graphics (images). * Changing some graphic (loading different background image, different slidebar) can cause some problems in windows, where is not AutoFillBackground. I just exchanged toolbar_bg.png and after it BB editor's baseline turned black after some clicks. It was causing problems also in ladspa_browser.cpp, effect_control_dialog.cpp, song _editor.cpp, controller_rack_view.cpp, project_notes.cpp List of colors I can't change through the css , they are hard-coded: * Timeline text color, through I can set a text font in css. * Color of Any widget in LADSPA effect window * knob, tempo_sync_knob, led_checkbox(should be editable through css now), lcd_spinbox and tab_widget text colors * fx_mixer_view - background and text colors for the channels * instrument_track - fadeButton color * gamut in automatic editor, piano roll And Some other things, I don't remember. > ------------ Původní zpráva ------------ > Od: Paul Giblock <dr...@gm...> > Předmět: Re: [LMMS-devel] Making UI themes for LMMS (download > available) > Datum: 23.6.2009 00:24:12 > --------------------------------------------- > keep on playing around with themes. Wow, thanks for the exhaustive list. I'll try to introduce better theme support as I go through rewritting the editor windows. 2009/6/23 <qu...@em...>: > Actual version of the theme: > > http://i39.tinypic.com/2u5dend.jpg > dl: lmms-0.4.4-silver-0.3.zip(http://www.mediafire.com/?mttxc0mxzjp) > > > So here is this List of things I can't colorize: > > * Color of that automatic black Arrow button, which appears on the > project notes menu, when you are sizing this window. > > * QWhatsThis / QWhatsThat text color ( probably styled only by the > system.
