yes, VST is fine with ALSA, and i am running jacklab - sort of -
It is more just SuSE 101 with jacklab as my main SMART source, but i
haven't done the kernel rebuild,
because it scares me way too much :lol:
Everytime i try to do anything substantial to a linux installation, i
end up with a big stupid mess of broken system,
and end up having to reinstall and track down all the dependencies again.
anyway, i will try the non-real-time jack mode, and see what happens :)
