I have updated LMMS packages here:
https://launchpad.net/~kxstudio-team/+archive/ppa/

The packages are part of the KXStudio repositories, so there is quite a few extra stuff in there besides LMMS.
Although I'm not a LMMS user myself, I do like to keep the software up-to-date.

No, I mean the distro package. Here's the sid page:
http://packages.debian.org/sid/lmms The cutting-edge Debian still has
a two year old LMMS ... Patrick Winnertz, apparently.
