#9 interface idea

Could it be possible to add some kind of /window command
which splits the window into two smaller windows, so
/query'ing more than one person is possible?

I found this extremely useful in BitchX and ircii, and
i think it would be a great improvement if it was added
here.

So far, it's a reasonably good client, and the ONLY one
i've seen working so far under Linux.
(rest work, but don't connect properly, or at all)
