#3 EigenVect: complex eigenvalues issue

Hello Glorfin,

first of all, thank you for this very useful library, which is a real gem in the Free Pascal world.
I think there is an issue in the EigenVect procedure:

unit ueigvec;
...
procedure EigenVect(A      : TMatrix;
                    Lb, Ub : Integer;
                    Lambda : TCompVector;
                    V      : TMatrix);
...

If the eigenvalues (Lambda) are complex numbers, the eigenvectors (V) should
be complex vectors, not real vectors as shown in the definition.
