    Gilgongo - 2020-12-25

I would like to wish everyone happy holidays and to say a big thank you to Volker for creating Jamulus, and to everyone who has downloaded, used and contributed to the project over the last year.

It has been particularly good to see translations of the documentation driven by @ann0see, as well as numerous new features and enhancements. The changelog is a work of glory!

Few things that we do are as enjoyable and significant as the playing of music. The Jamulus project helps preserve the musical tradition of jamming and the unification of minds that facilitates. But performance and rehearsals are of course also part of that. The future of Jamulus is in the hands of all who use it, and the more who use it, the better.

So if you have a website, a blog, or a social media account of any kind, please help spread the word about Jamulus by posting links to https://jamulus.io. Just as Jamulus achieved SourceForge's Project of the Month in 2020, let's make Jamulus the biggest musical phenomenon of 2021!

It would be useful to have a list of posts made by members on musical forums, so that we can contribute with comments if we are members too. One is here: https://www.talkbass.com/threads/on-line-jamming-technology.1496857/
