I can't get audio output from my Yamaha MG10XU. I was able to access my group's server, adjust settings etc. with no problems at all. The only problem seems to be audio output. I'm connecting by USB through a MacPro.

    Hi Frank,
Did you connect to a server?
You will not hear anything in Jamulus if you don't connect to a server.

Yes I did. The group I’m with are frequent users of Jamulus so all good on that front. I might revise my post to include that point.

      Thanks Don!

I used an MG10XU as well. Check these settings.

    1) The USB channels are 9 and 10. Make sure the level is turned up on those channel and pan is centered.
    2) Make sure the FX for 9 and 10 is turned all the way down or you will loop back to the other jammers.
    3) To Mon/St switch must be UP
    4) Stereo Mute switch Down
    5) Plug into Headphone Jack.
    6) Turn stereo Level UP

You will be hearing ONLY the audio returned from Jamulus so you must be connected to a server and your slider must be turned up. Mute Myself can be on or off.

Make sure Steinberg driver is installed and you have selected Yamaha Steinberg USB Audio from the Jamulus Settings window. In that Window, choose ASIO settings and select Device mg-10xu and Mode = Low Latency Driver. I use buffer size 64.

Thanks! I’ll double check all these settings.

I think the Steinberg driver is only fr Windows, right? I’m on a Mac.
