Dear all, Thanks to Jon for your previous mail. I recompiled the kernel with more IPv6 options and unzipped the lksctp-tools file from scratch. Now, make v4test and make v6test run without problems. However, when I change to ./test and execute 'make' there, I get: test_kernel.c: redefinition of 'kmalloc_percpu' /usr/src/linux-2.5.59/include/linux/percpu.h:38: 'kmalloc_percpu' previously defined here test_kernel.c:2442: redefinition of 'kfree_percpu' /usr/src/linux-2.5.59/include/linux/percpu.h:42: 'kfree_percpu' previously defined here Grateful for any assistance. Subject: Re: [Lksctp-developers] Make problems in 2.5.59-0.6.5 Se-Hsieng, I don't know if this will help, but you may want to rebuild some of the autotool files we ship as defaults. First, aclocal automake --add-missing --copy autoconf And then, ./configure make Thanks, jon Eng Se-Hsieng wrote: >=20 > Dear all, >=20 > I have upgraded to a working 2.5.59 kernel. >=20 > However, I run into the following messages when I run 'make' in the=20 > lksctp-tools-2_5_59-0_6_5 directory >=20 > gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I ../.. -I../../src/include -g -Wall -c=20 > sctputil.c rm -f libsctputil.a > ar cru libsctputil.a sctputil.o > make[3]: RANLIB@: Command not found > make[3]: *** [libsctputil.a] Error 127 > make[3]: Leaving directory > '/mnt/hda1/src/lksctp-tools-2_5_59-0_6_5/src/lib' > make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 > make[2]: Leaving directory '/mnt/hda1/src/lksctp-tools-2_5_59-0_6_5/src' > make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 > make[1]: Leaving directory '/mnt/hda1/src/lksctp-tools-2_5_59-0_6_5' > make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2 >=20 > Did I configure the kernel wrongly?
