#2 lkcd from kdb

Hi,

I would like to invoke lkcd from kdb, kdb invokes lkcd,
but I am finding that lkcd is not able to take a crash
dump. I understand from an older patch for lkcd
(available from kdb sources) that lkcd should not
attempt to silence the CPU if invoked from kdb. I would
greatly appreciate any documentation available in this
regard.
