Add support for an XML file format.

Archiving LJEntry objects is not good for cross platform mojo.

[lj user=evan] claims to have a DTD that describes the format that
logjam uses to save entries. That would be a good candidate for a
common format.

NSXMLParser can be used on Panther.

Should archiving be replaced?
