#1 Empty journal--no TOC and only General posts

The LJ Book I just made was completely empty except for
the months.

Because my Book was so long (1250+ pages) I wanted to
eliminate the TOC and chose not to include friends-only
and private entries. Could these choices have led to
the empty book?
