#8 Allow community retrieval from non-owners

No

I am a member of a number of communities. It would be
excellent if ljArchive would allow me to point to a
community, but only retrieve:

a) messages which I originated, and all the comments
thereto; or

b) messages to which I commented, regardless of the author.

As it is, I have to use Memories to do this, and
there's no easy way to download those, either.

    Implemented in 0.9.7.

When I try to use this on one of the communities to which I
belong, it gives me the following error:

    ljArchive Error: EF.ljArchive.Engine.ExpectedSyncException:
An expected exception occurred: NoEncodingSettings --->
    CookComputing.XmlRpc.XmlRpcFaultException: Server returned a
fault (208): Client error: Invalid text encoding: Cannot

It tells me that I have to set my "autoconvert older entries
from" box, but mine is set.

Under "Edit Personal Information", select the community name
from the "work as user:" dropdown, and set "Auto-convert
    older entries from:" there.
