#4 "data at the root level is invalid" error

i'm unable to archive my livejournal entries with
comments, and this is the error that comes up. i tried
archiving with no comments and it worked though. anyone
know why? also, when it's trying to archive the
comments it says "1 of 3629 comments" or something. i
don't have 3629 comments. so i'm not sure if that plays
a role in this problem. thanks!

i tried archiving another journal i had, with comments,
and it worked
fine. so i'm wondering if it has anything to do with me
deleting 3 years
of journal entries a few months ago. so now lj still says
i have 5000
comments or something, and ljarchive doesnt know where
those are? im not
sure.
