Beta release (0.7.0)

The first beta test release (0.7.0) of LIXA project is now available for download.
The software and the documentation are complete: it's time to try it in real user environment to discover & fix the residual bugs and promote the project usage.

Future development will follow three distinct paths:
1. I'm going to ask the Community to integrate LIXA with the modules used by other programming languages ( primarily PHP, Python, Perl and Ruby) to access Resource Managers like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, DB2 and so on
2. I'm going to extend the number of third party Resouce Managers able to interoperate with LIXA (priority will be given to Resource Managers proposed by LIXA users)
3. I'm going to improve the software in these directions: performance, scalability and high availability
