#1 Liveview fails to mount bootable 2d partition

[PLF5403]

Have complete hard drive image in DD, attempt to mount in Live View and get the following errors:

External Proc Output: Error: Command failed: Internal error

Error: Snapshot Creation Failed
Error: Problem preparing partition2 for launch
Output: VM Launch Failed

This is on a WinXP Pro SP2 system.

Thoughts?
